Jun 05, 2011To celebrate accomplishments during this fraternal year, the Grand Knight’s Ball will be on Saturday, June 4, 2011 in Providence Hall after the 5 PM Vigil Mass !!! Cost is $40 per person; the Council will provide liquid refreshment (un-spirited and otherwise)! The buffet, catered by one of our members, Brother Kevin McGuire, will include Chilean sea bass in roasted red pepper sauce, blue-cheese-encrusted strip steak, chicken parmesan, salad, pasta, and vegetable.
