May 24, 2009Our Annual Pig Roast will be held on Sunday, May 24 at 5pm at Providence Hall. Come join your brother Knights and their families for some awesome roast pork. PGK Greg Hartley will be roasting the pig "Cajun" style. Dirty Rice, hot dogs and hambnurgers will also be provided. Cost is $5 per adult and 2.50 per child uner 12. Maximum family cost is $20.

Interested in seeing how the pigs look prior to being roasted come by the Hall Thursday, May 21 as the prepare the pig with seasonings. Flyer
