Ushers needed for St. Leo's Confirmation - Wed Mar 26 7:30PM
Mar 24, 2003Confirmation is scheduled for 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, March 26. About half-a-dozen regular St. Leo's ushers (all members of Fr. Diamond Council) have volunteered to help maintain a respectful atmosphere during his important sacramental service. The challenges are great. We can expect the church to be overcrowded and many families will wish to move around and take photographs during the solemn service, in spite of the fact that they have been told that no photographs are allowed during the service. Many will try to reserve space for family members arriving later and that will cause difficulties in finding seats for people. We can use some additional help, especially in trying to maintain order in the balcony sections. We will need help beginning by around 7 P.M., or even earlier if your schedule allows.
