Virginia Prepaid Education Program -- May 1 Deadline
Apr 10, 2001This years enrollment closes May 1, 2001. For those unfamiliar with the program, I wholeheartedly recommend it and here is a short description:
"VPEP is a unique program designed to let Virginia families prepay tomorrow's college tuition at today's prices. Your payments are invested so that their steady growth will cover future college tuition and mandatory fees at Virginia public colleges and universities. VPEP benefits may also be applied toward the cost of tuition and fees at Virginia private colleges, as well as at most colleges and universities nationwide. More than 30,000 children have been enrolled, representing more than $450 million committed to their future education."
